Breathing is a well chosen album title considering the long break Paatos took between 2008 and 2010. Still kicking! After getting side-tracked by band turmoil and life in general, Paatos embarks on the journey of making their fifth album. Petronella, Huxflux and Peter spend about a year writing and recording to then be joined by bassist Rockis. Much love and care was spent on this album. One could say that it represents for Paatos a rebirth into a more mature entity with a clearer voice. The process felt fearless and always deeply creative. |
